BakeriesAI.com helps you find things independent bakeries make. The order itself is between you and the bakery — we are the search, not the shop.

What this service is

We list products from independent bakeries, using information those bakeries publish through their own systems. When you buy, you buy from the bakery, on the bakery's own checkout. They take the payment, make the item, and handle fulfilment, changes, refunds and complaints. We are not the seller and are not a party to that sale.

About the product information

Prices, availability, ingredients and lead times come from each bakery and can change without us knowing. We show what they publish and try to keep it current, but we can't guarantee it is complete or correct at the moment you read it. If something matters to your order, confirm it with the bakery.

Allergies and dietary needs. Our filters use the ingredient and allergen information each bakery gives us. "We couldn't find it" is not the same as "it's safe." Kitchens change, recipes change, and cross-contact is not something a search can see. If a reaction would be serious, please confirm directly with the bakery before ordering.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself; you're responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us if you think someone else has it. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, scraping, or abuse of the bakeries or their staff.

Using the site fairly

Please don't: break it or try to; hammer it with automated requests beyond ordinary use; copy the catalogue wholesale; misrepresent yourself; or post reviews you didn't earn by buying something. Reviews come from verified purchases, and we remove ones that turn out not to be.

Content you post

A review you write stays yours. By posting it you let us show it on the site and alongside that product. We may remove content that is abusive, false, or not about the product.

Our content

The site, its design and its software are ours. Bakery names, logos and product photographs belong to the bakeries.

Availability

We aim to keep the site up but don't promise it always will be. Features change; some may disappear.

Not yet reviewed by a lawyer. The two clauses that usually matter most in a dispute — limitation of liability and governing law and jurisdiction — are deliberately not drafted here. Boilerplate copied from another site is often unenforceable and can be worse than nothing. Before this page carries real weight, have a solicitor add those two sections and check the rest against how the business actually operates.
